2) All packing is the responsibility of the shipper.
3) Forklift charges = RM100.00 per usage for each piece of cargo exceeding 100 kg.
4) Customs declaration charges = RM30.00 for piece exceeding 40 kg.
5) First Logistic Services shall not be liable for any consequential losses by the airline (flight cancellations, mishandling, negligence and etc.)
6) Door to door service is subject to city with limitation 15km radius.
7) Term: Cash/Cash before delivery.
